Antonio Paramo is an Analyst at Capstone Advisors. Prior to joining Capstone Advisors, Antonio worked for over 4 years at a middle-market private debt fund called Addem Capital, where he participated in the structuring of multiple transactions worth over US$25 million. Before that, he worked at a fintech named Mutuo Financiera.

Antonio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, with a focus on Finance, from ITAM, graduating with honors.

Juan Jose Francisco is an Analyst for Capstone Advisors. Before joining Capstone Advisors, Juan Jose worked in corporate banking at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets where he participated in transactions worth over US$ 400 million. Previously, he worked at Monex Grupo Financiero.

Juan Jose graduated from Finance at ITAM and is a CFA Level 2 candidate. Eduardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from ITESM.
