Jorge Jassan Sáenz de Miera

Jorge Jassan is a Managing Partner and one of the founding members. Prior to Capstone Advisors, he served as a Vice President of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets division at Credit Suisse. Before that, he held several positions, including Director of Grupo Bimbo’s Corporate Treasury and Investor, where he led several financing and capital markets transactions for the company.

With over 12 years of relevant transaction experience, Mr. Jassan has contributed over US$17bn in market value. He has led several landmark domestic and cross-border M&A, debt and equity capital markets, and financing transactions with a primary focus on Consumer, Retail, Transportation, Real Estate, Telecom, and Industrials.

Mr. Jassan graduated with High Honors and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance from Universidad Panamericana. He also holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management
